Cancellations

I understand that things come up, in the event that you have to cancel there will be a 150.00 cancellation fee due at the time of the next booking. Same day cancellation (last minute) you are responsible for 100% of the fee, 24hours or more you will only be responsible for 50%. It is your responsibility to make sure that the fee is with the donation. If the fee is  not with the donation there will be no appointment. So when booking please make sure the time fits your schedule. I do keep notes of all cancellations
